You are invited to apply for participation in the 31st Annual MEAD CUSA CUP Youth Soccer Tournament. All games are played within three sites in Dayton, Beavercreek and Centerville, Ohio. All Semi and Final Matches are played at ANKENEY Soccer Complex and OAK GROVE Park. The Tournament will be played on September 4 - 6, 2010. Team registration will be held Friday, September 3rd, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Dayton Marriott Hotel. If you are traveling from afar and won't be arriving until late Friday evening we will process your registration after 9:00pm Friday evening (on exception basis only). We also offer registration by mail, with a deadline for receiving mail-in registration materials Aug 25, 2010.

The primary tournament format calls for three preliminary round games with Semi and Final Matches in each division. (Some divisions may have Quarter Final Matches depending on the number of teams in the division). Some divisions will play a 4-game round robin format. Individual and Team trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd places. Semi-Final participants will receive individual medals. All U-8 and U-9 teams will receive participation awards.

Three divisions: Fivestar, Gold, and Silver based on level of play, will be formed in the following age brackets:

Boys
U-14/15 born after 7.31.95*
U-13 born after 7.31.97
U-12 born after 7.31.98
U-11 born after 7.31.99
U-10 born after 7.31.00
U-09 born after 7.31.01
U-08 born after 7.31.02

Girls
U-14/15 born after 7.31.95*
U-13 born after 7.31.97
U-12 born after 7.31.98
U-11 born after 7.31.99
U-10 born after 7.31.00
U-09 born after 7.31.01
U-08 born after 7.31.02

*Division listed as U14/U15 to accommodate “festival” players (also known as “orphaned” or “trapped” players). No more than four players that qualify as U-15 players are allowed on one team.

U-8, U-9 and U10 teams will play 6v6. U-11 teams will play 8v8. U-12 teams have the option of playing 8v8 or 11v11. U-13 and U-14 teams will play 11v11.

Applicants must be duly registered members of their respective State, Province, or National association. Players must be registered to the team making application. All teams and players accepted to this tournament will be verified. Only players with valid player passes will be permitted to play. See Tournament Rules for more details.

There will be no exceptions to the above requirements.

Entry Form must include Check or Money Order (in US $) for $625 for U13 - U14, $600 for U11 - U12, $475 for U8 - U10
