Requesting/Finding Hotels for the 2008 Mead Cup Soccer Tournament
REQUESTING A HOTEL - PROCESS: If your team needs hotel rooms please perform the following steps: 1) The PRIMARY TEAM CONTACT should enter your TEAM ID NUMBER in the log-in area above (you must first apply to the tournament, at which time you will be given a TEAM ID NUMBER.) 2) Select 8 DIFFERENT hotel options. Don't select the same hotel 8 times...many teams ask for rooms at the same few hotels and not knowing your alternate choices makes it difficult to assign you to a hotel of your liking. 3) If several teams are requesting to stay together, please reference on all applications. Many teams have similar names, so please be as specific as you can. If you are the primary contact for each of the teams, include all the Team ID Numbers. ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS RECEIVED AND YOUR TEAM IS ACCEPTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT YOU CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING: 1) If your first choices are unavailable, you will be placed in the next available hotel. 2) The Tournament Committee will assign your team to one of the hotels. 3) An email will be sent to the PRIMARY TEAM CONTACT by July 28 as well as the hotel indicating the team will be staying at that hotel. 4) At this point you have only a few days (varies by hotel) to provide individual rooming lists/credit card info to the hotel. We suggest that in advance you prepare your rooming list.
