Thanks for your interest in our tournament. The deadline for accepting new applications was July 15. If you choose to still apply, your application will automatically be put into a "Waiting List" state and only considered if we need an extra team to round out a division.

U12 Division Playing Formats

At U12, we will offer 8v8 as the primary format and an 11v11 division provided enough teams apply and allow us to create a viable, competitive playing bracket. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE PLAYING FORMAT YOU DESIRE WHEN COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION. In the event we do not have enough interest in U12 11v11 play, teams that have applied will have the option of being considered for the U12 8v8 division. Consistent with USYSA's small-sided play recommendations and the movement of many state association's from which the MeadCup draws teams to 8v8 at the U12 age group, 2008 will be the last year that MeadCup will offer an U12 11v11 format of play.
